The Congress highlights Gdańsk’s place on the European gastronomy map. The event will offer insight into the contemporary face of gastronomy and set a new pace in culinary experiences.
Chefs, producers, experts, and enthusiasts will meet here to discuss the power of gastronomy and celebrate the culmination of the title European Capital of Gastronomic Culture.
